PENGGUNAAN DARI SITUS KOMERSIAL INI DI AWASI OLEH KEBIJAKAN, SYARAT, DAN KETENTUAN YANG DI ATUR DALAM SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN (PERJANJIAN) INI. HARAP UNTUK MEMPERHATIKAN KETENTUAN-KETENTUAN INI DENGAN SEKSAMA. DENGAN MEMBUKA BESERTA MENAWAR DAN MEMBELI DARI DALAM SITUS INI, MENGINDIKASIKAN ANDA SEPAKAT DENGAN KEBIJAKAN, SYARAT, DAN KETENTUAN DI BAWAH INI.

1. Jogja Expo menyediakan layanan toko Online untuk Produk Kerajinan Indonesia. Seluruh Produk dapat berubah tanpa Up-Date Foto atau Katalog. Seluruh Produk adalah merupakan produk dengan desain motif terbatas. Jogja Expo bersedia menyediakan permintaan copy ID pengelola sebagai referensi legalitas bagi pembeli.
2. Seluruh pelayanan hanya tersedia bagi pengguna yang mampu menyediakan nama kontak sesuai ID yang akurat dan lengkap, alamat tujuan pengantaran yang akurat dan lengkap, nomor telepon, dan alamat Email.
3. Jogja Expo tidak menarik biaya apapun untuk Pemesanan, Pertanyaan, atau Penawaran. Biaya hanya berlaku untuk Pembelian produk.
4. Harga yang tercantum dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu. Jogja Expo tidak bertanggung-jawab pada kesalahan pencantuman harga dan jumlah order yang di cantumkan oleh pembeli, dan berhak mengoreksi segala kesalahan dan order yang telah di proses.
5. Harga yang tercantum adalah harga grosir dan belum termasuk Ongkos Kirim.
6. Pembeli bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya pada Ongkos Kirim. Ongkos Kirim sudah termasuk asuransi. Jogja Expo bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya pada kesalahan alamat tujuan pengantaran.
7. Jogja Expo hanya menerima pembayaran melalui Transfer. Setelah Uang Muka di bayarkan Jogja Expo akan langsung memproses sesuai order.
8. Pelunasan di lakukan paling lambat 2 x 24 jam (negosiasi) setelah kontak dari Jogja Expo yang menyatakan bahwa barang dalam kondisi Siap Antar.
9. Jika pelunasan tidak di terima dalam jangka waktu yang telah di sepakati, Jogja Expo berhak membatalkan/menjual kembali barang pesanan yang di maksud sesuai kebijakan Jogja Expo.
10. Segala bentuk Pajak yang mungkin terjadi akan sepenuhnya di tanggung oleh Pembeli.
11. Minimum Quantity adalah 10 buah dengan DP minimal 50%.
12. Jogja Expo juga menerima pembelian bijian (negosiasi lebih lanjut) dengan DP minimal 20%. Pembelian persis sesuai foto dan Katalog bergantung pada stock ketersediaan.
13. Waktu pengantaran sejak pemesanan adalah 20 – 60 hari (untuk massal) dan max. 7 hari untuk bijian.
14. Khusus untuk Kategori Tas, juga tersedia bahan Lidi, Vynil, Kulit, Debog (Kulit Pohon Pisang), dan Akar Wangi.
15. Menerima pesanan berbagai model, ukuran, warna (bergantung bahan), dan bentuk untuk pesanan massal.
16. Potongan khusus 5% dari total nilai transaksi untuk pesanan diatas Minimum Quantity.
17. Segala pembatalan yang di lakukan melewati 2 x 24 jam setelah order, uang muka di anggap hangus.

2. LEGAL FORM. Our services are available only for users who could provides accurate and complete contact names, principal business addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.

3. FEES. There are no fees for any order, inquiries, or offer. You will only pay Jogja Expo when you purchase Products using this Site.

4. ONLINE PURCHASES. As an approved user, you will be eligible to participate in the online for the purchase of products. Prices shown are subject to change at any time. Jogja Expo does not take responsibility for inaccurate order quantities, and reserves the right to correct any errors on any orders processed. Only direct wire transfer (TT) will be permitted by Jogja Expo.

5. SHIPPING. Your bid or buy order price does not include shipping. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges includes all freight and insurance. You will be responsible for clearing customs and arranging further carriage. Jogja Expo will be liable for the costs of any incorrect shipment.

6. PAYMENT METHODS. Jogja Expo only accpet wire transfer or other acceptable method according to your individual arrangement with Jogja Expo. If full payment is not received in the stipulated time frame, we have the right to sell or re-post the product for sale in any manner deemed by us. Once you have made your down payment, we will in turn process your order.

7. TAXES. Any sales tax, use tax, transfer tax, or any other tax or fee which may be assessed by any jurisdiction having taxing authority over any transaction conducted through this site will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

8. ORDER QUANTITY. Jogja Expo only accept order with Minimum Quantity of 10 pcs with 50% Down Payment. Order by pieces requires further negotiation.

9. ORDER LEAD TIME. 20-60 days.

10. CANCELLATION. If an order (by pieces) is canceled, a 20% restocking fee is charged. If an order (by Minimum Quantity) is canceled, a 50% restocking fee is charged.

11. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. WE PROVIDE THE WEBSITE SERVICE “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services or the Commerce Site. The operation of this website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside our control.
